Icons and buttons not appearing

Hi,
i just made a fresh 3.0.9 install along with your download mod (installed with automod with apparently no errors).
It looks like no icons are showing, as you can look here at the bottom of the page, but also if you try to download something the download button image is missing.

What's wrong?

Ah, by the way, i'd like to get the italian translation of your mod, but it looks broken!

Please renew the cache for your styles specially the image cache.
Then you will see the icons.

Thank you, i thought i already renew the cache, but not for the imageset...!
