Adding Favorites

I see that there is an option to let user's add downloads to there favorites.

I can not get this working. I can't even get the link to show up in the file details page?

What should I be checking for? I can't find a setting for it in the admin control panel.

In the download details you must click on "Notify me about changes on this download".
Then the download will be added to your favorite list.
This option is aviable if you have disabled the option "Disable notify per email" in the MOD settings under ACP > MODS > Downloads > General configuration > Messages.
While this option is enabled, the mod will not send any emails to the users and based on this the favorite functions are offline.
