Problem with short description + bbcode

Currently some of my forum members put some bbcodes (like URL links) in files description.

Downloads short description in my forum use 100 characters.

If a user put a link in file description, the link html tag isnt closed and break the template:



There are any way for the short description could contain only plain text (not html) or do not parse bbcode?
