-My current test forum with the mod installed is located at http://eternalterra.com/phpBB3/.
-I'm running phpbb 3.0.7-PL1 as recommended per the mod.
-I'm using the mod version RPG Tools 2.0.7, downloaded from the this site (http://phpbb3.oxpus.net/downloads.php?cat=1)

I've modified the files, uploaded the included ones, and ran the install.php file fine - plus refreshed the template and cleared caches.

I'm having an error with the viewtopic.php code insert.
When I attempt to view a topic it says:

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Unknown table 'r' in field list [1109]

It's referencing this line in the file:

Code: Alles auswählen

	'SELECT' => 'u.*, z.friend, z.foe, p.*, r.name AS rpg_charname',

Also, the Battlemod forums feature doesn't seem to be working properly.
I have my character set up with an item and such, and I post a topic and set it for Battlemode via the RPG Tools tab when posting - Then I created a second test account and set up that character to reply to the topic so I again select Battlemode via the RPG tools and reply, but neither characters' stats become modified.
I also notice stats aren't being modified when I post in the forum which I've set up the weather properties for.

I havn't been able to find any other forums with this mod installed so Im not exactly sure what to expect, but any help would be appreciated!
I did attempt to register on the RPG Tools Demo board (http://rpg.oxpus.net/) but it gives me the following error after clicking the I Accept to Terms button:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /var/www/vhosts/oxpus.net/subdomains/rpg/httpdocs/cache/tpl_DarkFantasy_ucp_register.html.php on line 81

Do you have mod the file includes/constants.php correctly?!?

I have my character set up with an item and such, and I post a topic and set it for Battlemode via the RPG Tools tab when posting - Then I created a second test account and set up that character to reply to the topic so I again select Battlemode via the RPG tools and reply, but neither characters' stats become modified.

Not on all battles the characters values must be changed.
Check if you have defined the forum as "training" forum.
And check the options about battle.
Only if a battle will produce winners the character values are able to change.

Ok I figured it out, apparently I just forgot to upload one of the files I edited lol.

Also, on the Battle Forum after a battle is complete, I notice there is a reply that says Battle Report, however the post is empty - is there suppose to be any information on this post?

Also I was wondering if there was a way to show a user's Money and Items on their profile page instead of just the character information so other users can see what they have.

The character profile is only shown for the own player, not for other user.
And money is part of the inventory, not an extra point.

It's the same: On posting an event will be occure and be posted. This will be a post after your post. On the other side a user just open a topic and an event occures. Both situations are the same, but just based on open/viewing a topic, because on opening a rpg topic the player will be directly in the story. So why the user shouldn't be able to get an event at this point and not just after/on posting?

I re-edited all my files to make sure they were done properly and I'm still having the same issue.

The reason I ask is because Im concerned with members being able to exploit the events on viewing to gain as much as possible - Meaning what's to keep a user from jumping around topic to topic repeatidly without posting just so they can gain money or stats - and I feel users should have the opportunity to gain from events by interacting (actualy contributing to the story by posting) that just viewing it.

A User can get only an event as reply to a post not after an other event.
So the user can reload a topic as wanted, for an event first a new user post is needed.
