Strange coloring of topic creator

Hi Oxpus,

I am using the member RSS Bot to create new topics everytime a file is added to the download-area.
When merging several of those topics to one topics a strange thing happens: the color of the user RSS Bot changes:

As you can see the original color is red, after merging several topics the color changes to blue.



On another note: when merging several topics the link to the post (instead of topic) from the download-description does not work anymore.
I merged several of those topics because I sometimes upload 20-30 files, and my members are going mad about those topics generated everytime. But I dont want to deactivate the function, because it is nice to have this information in the forum.

First: Merging topics with different usernames is not a MOD error, because you uses the board functions.

And about merging download topics:
The mod uses topic ids to link to the right topic, not post ids!
So if you merge these topics together to one topic, the matching in the downloads will be destoyed!!

The topics had the same usernames. All "made" by RSS Bot.

But the user color is saved and used by the forum function to merge topics, not by the mod.
This forum is the wrong place to discuss this error.
