ACP Permissions Language Problem

The names are not showing up in the ACP Administrative permissions:

Hm, there's something wrong in your installation, because the modules must be under a seperate tab "Download Panel" and not under "Misc".
All permission settings are categorized woth "downloads" so I can just rate what's wrong in your board without having direkt access to it...
