Move/Reassign files in Toolbox

How can I move/reassign files in Toolbox? I have a bunch of them in the root (Admin Panel -> Toolbox - BackEnd) but in my Download section (FrontEnd) there are none in the root

I'm pretty sure I added them in the right category (they show in the right ones) but, in the backend, these files are listed in the root folder. Why? Is there any way to move them to the correct folder?

I'm using latest version: Download MOD 6.4.4.

First of all some defines about the path:
"dl_mod/downloads" is the basic path from your forum root to the download files.
This you can set in the general settings of the mod.
After this you can create sub folders, which you must define in the categories.
More about this you can read in the online help beside the path field on edit/create a category.
Check this setting to fix the place the mod will upload new downloads files.
To move the files to the new place just change the path in the category.
The script will move all files of this category automatically to the new place.

I already defined some categories so you can see in the previous message but physical file was copied in the root rather than category folder.

Also, I'm not able to select these files from root because checkbox is gray and can't be selected. Even more, I don't know what these files mean (072635918310858e51da2f7a0067f20e, 0ee23196b8499b7da478ed66c5e6b500, ...). I would have to go to the table and run a SQL to identify them... am I right?

Again:
Just change the path in the category itself to move the files to their right place.
The toolbox can only handle (delete or move) unassigned files. Thus files which are not signed to a download!!
