Many users of my board ask me to make changes to the mod downloads to get only the option would be useful to produce a mod lite with only manage downloads (no kaclist and no bug tracker).

you can still disable this functions and the bug tracker and hacklist are "not present".
Look into the general configuration and category management of the MOD and you will find the options.

I know how to disable the feature, in fact I do not use the functions, was for some of my users. Would it be possible then to have the codechange to understand all the changes that are made anke in the files of the mod?

It's a lot of work to discribe all changes on all files if the mod will turn into a new release.
And I've not really the time to do this.
So I'll only change the files to let the user replace them.
If you will take a look about the changes, compare the new files with the old ones. For this you can find programs like WinDiff.
