download permission bug

hello,

I have set a subfolder permission to "no view, no download, no upload, no comment".
However, when I log out the downloads in the folder are still viewable. (link).
This content should be unaccessible if logged out.

There's no bug but not the complete permission settings.
You can set permissions for usergroups and in the download categories themselves.
Please regard the attached screenshots.
