Problem with Download Mod 6.5.30 [SOLVED]

I've updated the mod from version 6.5.29 to version 6.5.30.
Everything works fine except one thing:
In the ACP, when I select the "Limits" option in the dropdown menu on the right under "General Settings", I get the following screen:

What could be the cause?

May be this can be the only reason to block the limit page...

dl_mod/admin/admin_dl_config.php

I guess you mean the dl_admin_config.php file.
Is that?
