Issues with Download 6.3.3

I have upgraded a forum to 3.0.6 (from 3.0.5) and Download MOD to 6.3.3 (from 6.3.29) so I noticed that Download MOD doesn't work anymore:
- no confirmation code appears (do I have to do any changes in the forum's template ?
- when I click on any Download button it returns me to the Download Section main page

Hello,

the captcha templates are changed in phpBB 3.0.6 so you must update your template files for this.
The download mod templates are changed too.
And this may be then reason why you can't download anything.
But you can test to download after disabling the catpcha in the downloads...

I know about new captcha system and it works on the updated forum (3.0.6) - I have checked in ACP (I updated all template forum files)

The problem with captcha is only in the Download section. Also, I have disabled visual confirmation for Download and I still can't download anything. Once I click on the Download button I'm redirected to the main Download section page.

Here is how I did Download MOD update from 6.3.29 to 6.3.3: I uploaded all Download MOD files from MOD zip to the root and then I ran install.php. Is it something I missed?

You've uploaded all Templates files to the right template folder and after this update the template cache? (ACP > Styles > Template > Update)?

Yes I uploaded all Download MOD files included Templates files to the only template folder I have. Then I tried to update the template but I got an error message:

Code: Alles auswählen

Could not open ./../styles/proSilver/template/user_welcome_inactive.txt

so I cleaned the cache folder manually. It should be enough, isn't it?

The file user_welcome_inactive.txt is part of the phpBB itself.
Be sure this file really exists.

I know and it exists.

Anyway, I deleted manually cached data and replaced all template files so I shouldn't have any issues with Download MOD. Any other ideas? Thanks !

This file is part of the phpBB 3 and not of the Download MOD, so check the files from the phpBB package.

I totally agree with you but - as I already stated - I cleaned up everything on the template side so the fact I'm redirected to downloads.php everytime I try to download something it shouldn't be a phpBB related issue anymore.

Am I wrong?

Again:
The file styles/proSilver/template/user_welcome_inactive.txt ist NOT part of the download mod and will also not be used by it.
So you've an error with your phpBB and not with the download mod.
