I've seen that I've no permissions to download this file.
So the categories permissions are not set right to reg. users.
This is the only point an external download can be blocked from download by an user.

BTW:
The MOD copyright is missing. Please re-insert this or the support will ends here for you.

i'll have a look on the permissions tonight, and as i said in PM, the copyright will be online on the final version if i get your scripts to work! i removed it from your overall_footer because i want all the copyrights on the bottom of my page

Short:
In the source code of your download detail site the captcha and the download button will be in, but just "hidden".
So check your style why this section is not shown on viewing the download details.

I don't know anything about your style and I'll not support other styles as prosilver and subsilver2.
So sorry, but I don't know why your style is malfunction here.

BTW:
Do you have still reset the style caches?

i did reset the stylecaches again now, no result
the style is just prosilver, i only editted the rounded corners and renamed it to MyPolo v3!

Again:
The area with the catpcha and the download botton exists in the source code of your site.
I don't know why your board will not display this part.
Maybe some more changes besides renaming the style and eliminate the round courners?!?
Or problems with the a SEO module?
