MCP: Edit Download

when I push, in MCP, the Edit Download option it seems the Manage Download option is selected

Yes that's correct.
The edit function is part of the MCP module of the extension.
And you can manage downloads in the MCP if you have the permissions to moderate downloads.

But now the release 8.0.9 have some fixes to show only a message in the download tab for all none download moderators instead the category dropdown.

Update:
I've rebuild the MCP modules in release 8.0.9 to hide all MCP modules from download moderators who shall not see them.
