Run this sql query to fix this error:

INSERT INTO phpbb_config (config_name, config_value) VALUES ('use_hacklist', 0);

If you'll get more similar errors please run the installer to fix the problems.

I noticed you have a block for phpbb3portal, i tried to use the same code, but it doesnt work. Can you help me with a block for stargate-portal?

First, I ran this:

INSERT INTO phpbb_config (config_name, config_value) VALUES ('use_hacklist', 0);

That took care of the error. I tried to upload again (after entering all my information), and I click the submit button and get a blank screen. So I ran the install.php and un-installed/re-installed the database. That didn't work either. The screen goes blank when I click submit.

Yes. I uploaded all the files again. I'm still getting a blank screen when I hit submit.

i've tried turning debug on, but it tells me nothing. My server is reporting "no errors", so I'm a little confused as to what is going on. I've Chmod 777 to all files and directories in order to check permissions, and I still get a blank screen.
