Das macht die Extension automatisch, wenn man Downloads in eine andere Kategorie verschiebt oder in einer Kategorie einen anderen Ordner einträgt.
Dann werden alle betreffenden Downloads automatisch mit verschoben.

Du musst unter dem angegebenen Ordner mindestens einen Unterordner erstellen und diesen dann in der/den Kategorie/n angeben.
